Learn the art of storytelling from our own storyteller, Sal Lopes!

Want to learn how to tell a story? This class is an opportunity for participants to share parts of their lives they consider significant, meaningful, or contributed to personal growth. For many people, it is a great way to reflecting on one's life. You may have already shared stories with family and friends. In this class, you can learn skills to tell these stories to a public audience.

There will be four classes on Tuesday nights in June, starting June 6. We will schedule an additional session as a storytelling dinner party at a time to be determined.

About the instructor:

Sal Lopes is a long-time member of Congregation Beth Elohim, a former history teacher at Lexington High School, and has brought and introduced compelling speakers to CBE for the Brotherhood Breakfast and Martin Luther King Junior Day events for many years.

For the last decade, Sal has been teaching and telling stories to many groups in the Acton area.
