The Tree of LIfe - Etz Chaim Order Form

In the community court at Congregation Beth Elohim, there is a beautifully crafted tree on the wall that blossoms and grows year-round. It is our “Etz Chaim,” or Tree of Life, that is surrounded by brass leaves and rocks and provides an opportunity to celebrate a lifecycle event while helping our synagogue grow and thrive.

If you would like to celebrate or mark a past or future lifecycle event, such a Bar or Bat Mitzvah, wedding, birth of a child, graduation, award, or any other occasion or accomplishment, please complete and submit this form.   The synagogue administrator will receive and process your request.
