Erev Sukkot Singalong Rehearsal

Thursday, October 6 ♦ 6:30 PM at CBE and via ZOOM

Join us for a casual, relaxing evening of folk melodies and nature songs as we learn the music for our fabulous Erev Sukkot singalong (taking place on Sunday, October 9th in Henry and Jai Thomas’ sukkah). Sing along, hum along, or drum along - no singing experience necessary!

Erev Sukkot Service, Singalong, and Potluck Dinner

In person (Thomas home, Stow) and via ZOOM

Join us for a vegetarian potluck dinner, singalong, and Erev Sukkot service at Jai and Henry Thomas’ sukkah in Stow. Take in the beautiful sunset view and bring instruments!

This form is set up so that you can see what others, already signed up, are bringing. 

You can then choose what you will bring so we can cover all courses and have enough of each course!

Celebrate Sukkot in the Most Hands-on Way Possible

Deadline for ordering:  5:00 PM on Sunday, October 2nd.

One of the prime mitzvot of the holiday is to handle and wave the Arba’at Haminim (the Four Species) and to carry them in the procession at our Sukkot services, at home and at our religious school observances.

Cost is $50 for a standard size set.  Toy/Stuffed sets for your children can be purchased for $16.95 per set.  
 
Pick-up:  You may pick up your set in the synagogue kitchen after 12:00 PM on Friday, October 11.   Your name will be noted on the Etrog box.   There will be no reminder calls.

Brotherhood and Sisterhood would like to invite you to join us for an evening in the CBE Sukkah.  

There is no fee for this adults only, age 21 and over,  Sukkot celebration!  All are welcome whether Brotherhood or Sisterhood members or not.

Snacks, wine, and cider will be provided.  

Please register below by Monday, October 10th so we know how many people will join us.  

We look forward to seeing our fellow CBE folks in the Sukkah!

Join the CBE Community for dinner followed by a brief Havdalah service in the Sukkah and then the movie,  A Bug's Life,  on the big screen outside!

There is no charge and all are welcome, but registration is required.

Join our joyful community celebration of connection and learning as we begin a new cycle of Torah. After a brief service, we'll sing and dance the night away with our special guest, klezmer musician Barry Shapiro. This is an experience for all ages!
