When God called Abraham and Sarah they answered, “הנני HINENI (I am here) and ready to do what is necessary for our people.”

Like our father Abraham and our mother Sarah, we at Beth Elohim need to be here for our congregation. This campaign is one powerful way to “be here and stand with CBE” and ensure that Beth Elohim will be here for the next generations. We have launched the הנני Hineni "Stand with CBE" campaign to raise $1,000,000 to reduce CBE’s building mortgage and secure our long-term future.

With your support, Beth Elohim will continue to be here for every aspect of your Jewish life in our community. Hineni Cash Reduces CBE Expenses-Again!

Our Community's Generosity Increases Mortgage Payment Savings to $43,000 Annually

Thanks to the successful Hineni "Stand with CBE" challenge match this summer, CBE recently made a $90,000 mortgage payment-an annual savings of nearly $8,000.

Hineni campaign totals have reached $522,000 in donations and pledges-more than half-way to the $1 million goal. With this latest deposit, the Hineni capital campaign is saving CBE $43,000 annually in mortgage payments-year after year.

While mortgage reduction may not sound exciting, Hineni's contribution to improving CBE's financial security helps enable so many aspects of our community that we cherish-religious observance, Jewish education, social action, cultural events, long-lasting connections and friendships and so much more.
