We are happy to welcome you to our High Holiday services.

This form is for our associate congregants or for non-congregants to register for our Adult services via ZOOM only.  If you plan to attend any services in person, please sign up using this form.

When you submit this form and complete your payment of the $36 fee per household/ per connection, you will receive a confirmation email with the ZOOM link and password. 

For security purposes, we ask that you not share the ZOOM information with anyone outside of your household.  We ask that all that want to connect our ZOOM services sign up and receive this email themselves.
