CBE wants to hear from you

As we anticipate moving to a period of hybrid (in person and remote) services and meetings, Rabbi Mike and the Membership Committee are looking to plan programming that addresses the needs of all of our congregants.

In order to understand your experiences, please help us by answering a few short questions about your engagement with the CBE community.  You can answer some or all of the survey questions.

At the end of the survey, you will have the option to provide your contact information if you would like to be contacted about your experiences at CBE.  If you do not want to provide your name and contact information and prefer to submit the survey anonymously, leave that section blank and do not log into your account when completing the survey.
