Building Use Request for External Organizations - Form

This form is intended to be used for external parties use of our building or a member's use of our building for a non-CBE event. There are other building use forms that are to be used for CBE events and B'nai Mitzvah building use.

We request that the application is submitted at least four weeks prior to the date of the event. The synagogue administrator will review this application with appropriate staff and Board members and let you know if it is approved. Please allow up to 5 business days for a response.
