We request that the application is submitted at least four weeks prior to the date of the event. The synagogue administrator will review this application and let you know if it is approved. Please allow up to 5 business days for a response.

After submitting this form, please email the synagogue administrator the diagram of the requested layout for the CBE space(s) that you are renting. You can make changes to this setup prior to the event. Access this template, draw the diagram(s) online using WORD or manually, take a photo or scan the document, and email it to our synagogue administrator.
