We are happy you are joining CBE for our High Holiday services.

This form is for registration and payment for our in person adult services in the sanctuary. 

Confirmation Email is your Ticket
When you submit this form and complete your payment, you will receive a confirmation email that will serve as your "ticket" for the services.  This email will have your name and the number of people attending with you.  In the event that you want to attend some services via Zoom, the confirmation email will also include the ZOOM link and password.  For security purposes, we ask that you share this email only with those that you have signed up for.  All that want to join our services, in person or via Zoom, must register themselves.   

Register Children ages 3 months to Grade 6
If you have children age 3 months to Grade 6, we welcome them to our childcare and children's services & programming.  Please pre-register your children by Thursday, September 18 using our High Holidays Children's Registration Form.  You can find more information on our High Holidays webpage.

• Associate Congregants:  These are congregants of CBE that have a partial membership due to distance from CBE or primary membership in another synagogue.
• Congregant's Visiting Family:  These are extended family members of congregants above grade 6.
• Non-Congregant Adults/ Children Grade 7 through college age:  These are other non-congregants that are not visiting family of congregants.
