Start the new year off right getting into your fitness groove and join a fun hour of Zumba led by Judy Quint of JRO Fitness
No experience necessary! Just lace up your sneakers, find a clear space to dance and log into the zoom event. During the class, you can leave your camera on or off, follow the instructor or do your own thing!
Everyone who registers will receive a recording of the class to use for 48 hours. If you can't attend the event live, you can also register and receive the recording of the class to do at your convenience within 48 hours. After class, catch up with friends and bring your own post workout smoothie. Suggested smoothie recipes will be emailed with zoom instructions post registration.
Time:
Zumba - 9:00am to 10:00am
Post class schmooze and smoothie sip virtual drop in starting approximately @ 10:15am
Cost:
$10 for sisterhood members
$18 for non-sisterhood members
$46 to join sisterhood and attend class
