21st Annual Martin Luther King Day Breakfast Event

8:15 AM - 10:30 AMCBE & ZOOMCBE's Na'aseh organization is thrilled and honored to welcome Tanisha Sullivan as our guest speaker. Tanisha M. Sullivan is the President of the Boston branch of the NAACP.
Her topic will be: "Dear Beloved Community…The Power of Grace in the Movement"

Doors open for the breakfast at 8:15 AM. The program begins at 9:00 AM and will be in person at Congregation Beth Elohim, 133 Prospect Street, Acton and available via ZOOM.

For those attending in-person, we expect this event to be well-attended.
CBE's COVID policy (www.bethelohim.org/cbe-covid-19) requires all persons attending events in CBE's building, in-person, to be vaccinated and boosted. Wearing a well-fitted N95 or KN95 mask is recommended when not eating, or speaking. It is not required.
If you are experiencing upper respiratory symptoms, please do not attend in-person.
On Sunday, the day before the event, a Zoom link will be sent to all who registered, so you can choose to attend via Zoom, regardless of how you registered.
About Tanisha Sullivan:
Tanisha M. Sullivan is the President of the Boston branch of the NAACP, leading the organization in its fight for racial, economic, and social justice with a data-driven and solutions-oriented framework. In this volunteer leadership role, Sullivan has led efforts to build a more inclusive democracy and improve quality of life for all Massachusetts residents. She is a seasoned corporate lawyer, has over 25 years experience in the life sciences industry and served as the inaugural Chief Equity Officer for the Boston Public Schools. Boston-born, Sullivan earned a bachelor’s degree in government from the University of Virginia, and an M.B.A. and J.D. from Boston College. In 2022, she ran for Secretary of State in Massachusetts.
