CBE Side of The Meter

This link reflects the canopy that is on the CBE side of the electric meter (the single canopy in the lower parking lot). It is dedicated to CBE use. When CBE is in full operation this canopy is expected to support roughly half of our annual electricity needs. During the pandemic, when CBE’s services are virtual and the ELC has limited operations, the unused portion of the generated electricity will be applied to Eversource for credit.

Eversource Side of the Meter

This link is for the Community Solar usage (the three rows of canopies in the ELC parking lot). The renewable energy generated supports the additional CBE needs, once we return to full operation, as well as, a dozen low income MA households all at discounted electricity rates.
