Sue Wachter presents: A Jewish Parent’s Guide to College Admissions

Sunday, April 28, 2024 20 Nisan 5784

7:00 PM - 9:00 PMCBE Youth Lounge

As you prepare to guide your high school students in the college admissions process, come for this interactive discussion on the issues facing students applying to colleges in the post-COVID era.  Susan Wachter will lead our discussion.

Learn about important factors that are used to evaluate applications by admissions offices, how and why to visit colleges, interview prep, and how to assess your student's comfort level on a particular campus especially as it relates to antisemitism on college campuses that has been prevalent at some colleges since the Oct. 7th Hamas attack on Israel and the subsequent war in Gaza.

There is no charge for this event, but please sign up below so we know you are coming.

Bring your questions and concerns. All are welcome to participate, whether it is information for your children, grandchildren, or anyone else. Any snacks that are brought to CBE should be dairy and kosher for Passover
