Monday, March 2: 

  • 5:00 PM: Erev Purim Dinner. See below for details and the dinner sign-up form.
  • 6:00 PM: Purim Community Celebration & Megillah Reading (in person & via Zoom ) 

Sunday, March 8:  Purim Shpiel is back!

  • 9:30 to 10:30 AM: Regular Religious School Classes/ Purim Schmooze for Parents
  • 10:30 to 11:30 AM: Purim Shpiel - Golden: A KPDH Shpiel 
    What do you get when cross the Book of Esther with KPop Demon Hunters? A fun-filled musical you won't want to miss! Whether you're a big fan of the movie or this will be your first time hearing the music, we know you'll have a great time. Everyone is invited to this hilarious and energetic performance by a CBE cast of all ages.
  • 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM:  CBE Purim Carnival (sponsored by Brotherhood)
    Food, fun and games!

Monday, March 2: Erev Purim Dinner followed by the Purim Community Celebration & Megillah Reading

5:00 PM - Erev Purim Dinner

Please join us for a delicious vegetarian Mediterranean & Persian dinner before the Purim Megillah reading!

Cost: $20 for ages 12 and above, $10 for ages 5–12,  FREE for under 5.

6:00 PM - Purim Community Celebration and Megillah Reading (In person and via Zoom)

Join us for the annual mitzvah of listening to the story of Esther and Mordechai, chanted by members of all ages from our CBE community. There will be klezmer music, costumes, dancing, hamantaschen & graggeritas - come be part of this joyful celebration!  

The service will be held in person in the CBE sanctuary and can also be accessed by Zoom. You can find the link and password in the latest Star-Lite or you may email ritual@bethelohim.org or call the CBE office at 978-263-3061. For those joining us via Zoom, we will use this online Megillat Esther and this song sheet.
