Early Learning Center Director Lyle Keleher
Lyle Keleher is the Director of CBE's Early Learning Center and is excited to be part of this team dedicated to supporting children and families. With over 40 years of experience in childcare, Lyle brings deep knowledge, compassion, and a child-centered approach to early learning.
Lyle studied Early Childhood Education at Aquinas College in Newton, MA, and later expanded her holistic approach by attending the Cortiva Institute for Massage Therapy in 2013. She also practices Reiki, which informs her belief in nurturing the whole child-emotionally, socially, and developmentally.
A strong advocate for literacy, Lyle emphasizes the importance of meeting children where they are in their individual development, and creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment where every child can grow into the best versions of themselves.
Lyle has been married to her best friend for 26 years and is the proud parent of three children and grandparent to two grandsons. In her rare spare time, Lyle enjoys reading and baking.
Lyle’s philosophy is well reflected in a favorite quote:
“Play is serious learning. Children are individuals to be unfolded (not molded), and teachers activate a child’s natural curiosity – highlighting roles of respect, discovery, and fostering potential for the future through connection and experience.”
– Fred Rogers, Carl Jung
